Our cases are designed to mimic the coat of a real animal — the pattern, colour palette, and texture of actual fur. Each design is inspired by a specific breed or coat type, not a photo or illustration. Think of it as carrying your pet’s look with you, in a way that actually looks premium.
Three ways: use our photo scanner on the homepage to upload a picture and let our AI find the closest match, browse by coat colour or pattern using the Browse by Coat carousel, or search by breed or colour in the search bar.
We stock cases for the full range of current iPhones and popular Android handsets. Use the device toggle on our site to switch between iPhone and Android options. If you can’t find your model, drop us a message — we’re always expanding the range.
Our cases are made from high-quality polycarbonate with a glossy finish. They offer solid drop protection without covering up the pelt, thanks to their two-piece design.
We ship across the UK and internationally. UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days, international orders within 7–14 days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
During our launch period, all orders are automatically entered into our refund giveaway — one lucky customer each month has their order fully refunded. Winners are chosen randomly and notified by email. The 15% launch discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Because every case is custom printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size — please check your phone model carefully before ordering.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll always make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no hassle.

Absolutely. Visit our Pelt Requests page and tell us about your pet’s coat. We use requests to guide new designs and will let you know when a matching case becomes available.
